They plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including working with and accomplishing agreements with customers, negotiating with and hiring subcontractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors. A single manager might oversee an entire construction project, or multiple managers might oversee specific aspects of a larger project.

This is a highly responsible technical, administrative and supervisory position.
