The Maintenance Manager is a critical member of the site leadership team and is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the plant and mobile equipment as well as the technical direction of the Maintenance Staff. It is also responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) that are in effect, assuring the safety, quality and quantity of product produced.
Construction estimating/project managers’ control the time, cost and quality of construction projects. They plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including working with and accomplishing agreements with customers, negotiating with and hiring subcontractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors. A single manager might oversee an entire construction project, or multiple managers might oversee specific aspects of a larger project.
The estimator/project manager (trainee), construction, position plans, directs, coordinates or budgets, usually through superintendent, activities concerned with all phases of construction. Participates in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling and implementation.

This is a highly responsible technical, administrative and supervisory position. Duties will include planning, management, construction and maintenance of county bridges and transportation infrastructure.
