Nursery Farm Leader

This position is responsible for leading and managing nurseries.  Responsible for leading teams of 5 to 15 people. Responsible for overseeing multiple nursery sites.  You will play a role in the decision making process and holding your sites accountable for measurable targets.  You and your team are responsible for all nurturing provided to our baby pigs during the first few days away from their mom.  This is a key aspect of their growth development.  You will be responsible for maintaining the health and nutrition for our baby pigs as well as developing your team.
