Listings Assistant National Accounts
Position Purpose: This position contributes to the success of BigIron by processing quality listings for National Accounts. This position works together with the Sales force and other BigIron departments to integrate and complete all details of an auction listing. This position is also responsible for Auction Ordering. In addition, the employee contributes to the success of BigIron through ongoing collaboration with peers, co-workers, supervisors, managers, vendors, clients, and others who do business with BigIron.

- Verify and accept listings and contracts that are submitted by National and Strategic Account Representatives
- As time permits, provide backup and support on Non-National Account listings
- Verify and accept lots for quality photos and descriptions
- Proofread descriptions for quality, grammar, spelling, and correct categories.
- Publish listings, lots & featured sellers to the public website
- Review and accept corrections made by Sales to the listings and lots
- Correspond professionally & positively with Sales and Sellers
- Provide pre- and post-auction support to National Account reps and National Account Sellers
- Verify Seller Statements and communicate auction results to Sellers and follow up with any Seller questions and concerns
- Assist various BigIron Departments as needed, and as Listings Department work allows
- Coordinate efforts with co-workers to maximize efforts in accordance to BigIron policies and procedures
- Maintain all status changes and notifications on each listing agreement
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and cost savings within the Listings Department
Auction Ordering Essential Functions:
- Create auction ordering using agreed upon processes for order of categories, items and spacing
- Consult with Sales to confirm that the order maximizes the success of the auction
- Reorder the auction as necessary to deal with changes in items in auction and to allow for requested adjustments to change item spacing to maximize results for buyers and sellers

- Prepares for and actively participates in meetings, both on a departmental level and on a company level.
- Completes required training promptly. Self identifies areas where additional training is required. Demonstrates understanding of the training content and implements training in day to day work activities
- Complies with BigIron policies and procedures as published by BigIron and which may be modified from time to time
- Maintains a good record of attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete other duties and takes on special projects as assigned or as necessary
- Complete other duties and other projects as assigned
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in data entry
- Customer Service experience
- Agriculture experience – preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook and other applications used by the Company
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational skills for planning and prioritizing work
- Effective skills of listening, verbal, and written communications
- High degree of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
