REQUIREMENTS:
A. Educational Level: High School Diploma (Preferred)
B. Experience: Some food service (Preferred)
C. Certification: ASFSA (Preferred)
D. Expectations: Congenial with co-workers. Congenial with customers. Follows directions of supervisor(s)
REPORTS TO: Principal, Food Service Director, High School or Middle School Manager
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Prepare serving line to hold hot food for lunch
- Prepare food for lunch, according to health codes
- Keep serving line stocked
- Help serve students and staff during lunch time
- Keep work area clean
- Help with condiments and anything else needed for the meal
- Store leftover food and document amount and temperatures
- Wash dishes after lunch is served and in-between lines, as needed
- Clean dishwashing sink and area at end of shift
- Any other duties as assigned
