Responsibilities
•
This position contributes to the success of BigIron and is responsible for ensuring timely completion of equipment inspections for National Accounts, Strategic Accounts, and other accounts as assigned per BigIron Inspection Services Manager
•
Responsible for both the preparation of equipment for inspection and the overall quality of listings, ensuring the inspections are completed to the level of quality expected by BigIron
•
Must have a good working knowledge of agricultural, construction, or transportation equipment
•
Contributes to the definition and evaluation of checklists and software built to support the inspection process
•
Manages completed listings to ensure compliance with expectations, both quality and completeness
•
Works with Inspection Services Manager as needed to ensure that inspections are meeting Quality and Listing requirements
•
Inspector will complete the BigIron inspections check list for each piece of equipment, a picture of each piece of equipment and a video when required
•
As needed Inspector may need to perform a “Make Ready” such as cleaning or detailing equipment before the inspection, picturing or video process can be completed
•
Uses good judgement, discretion, and integrity to review, research and resolve issues
•
Considers all factors and takes appropriate action
•
Willingly completes other duties and takes on special projects as assigned or as necessary
