Director of Surgical Services

40 hrs/wk. Responsible for the planning, directing, budgeting, coordinating, evaluating and enhancing the quality of daily operations of departments including: OR, PACU,
Cardiac Cath Lab, Surgical Services, Endoscopy, Outpatient Surgery, and Central Sterilizing. Communicates & collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, outpatient/inpatient,
along with other healthcare staff to provide quality care for patients. At least 5 years’ of nursing experience, with current leadership and management experience. Minimum of
2 years’ experience as a first-line supervisor/manager coupled with 3 years clinical nursing experience required. Current NE RN license, MSN required, or in progress.
