Cutting Operator/ Operador de corte – C shift

Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience

This professional will drive the development and implementation of Tiered Management programs and other productivity-related improvement programs at the GDC

This role will manage Productivity tool implementation, training, and analytics to support the operations team’s success in driving and delivering the cost-to-win GDC savings commitment

This associate will drive these process improvement initiatives on the distribution floor as well as process changes that might be external to the Distribution center

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and CAPEX

Builds and deploys Tiered Management System principles in the GDC and drives the launch of any program that supports the GDC operation

This associate will also be responsible for Ops Analytics to provide the training, support, and data analytics to support the GDC operation

Develops roles and responsibilities regarding process simplification, modeling, simulation and automation to help improve operational improvements in Ops

This professional will be responsible for driving training initiatives across the site which may include or are not limited to Skill matrix development, skill matrix maintenance, and driving standardized training across shifts

Drives process documentation & tool standards to facilitate data mining, analysis, modeling and simulation; makes connections to various supporting technology roadmaps

This associate will also be responsible for Ops coaching and support based on data analytics that provides operational visibility

Demonstrates management courage to articulate risks, setbacks and/or challenges of initiatives to executive management

Must ensure safety first environment and be able to work diligently to maintain safe working conditions and adhere to proper operating practices

Partners with operating units (BU, region, function) to define relevant process KPIs (including ownership of KPIs and variables that serve as KPI inputs)
