Columbus Tax Manager

No two days will be exactly the same. One day you may be working with a small to mid-size business and the next helping a colleague figure out a problem.

Unlike other firms we believe in a work-life balance. During tax season, we only work half a day on Saturday and not at all on Sundays with an average work week of 55 hours.

We reward hard work by offering weekly, monthly, and yearly bonuses. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, sole proprietors.

· Meet with clients to do business consulting & tax planning

· Review financial statements for multiple small to mid-size businesses

· Answer questions from clients regarding taxes or their business

· Supervise three to four accountants

Qualifications: · CPA or EA (or working towards) preferred but not required

· 5 years of tax and accounting experience preferred

· Good verbal and written communication skills to help individuals and business clients to understand their situations

Salary range: between $75,000-100,00
