BDITS 100% Inspection Operator-3rd shift

High School Diploma/GED

For certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the Company’s receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Perform all visual and functional inspections after grinding and cleaning operations

Perform necessary operation to pack and ship material from the department

Assist QC Manufacturing Rep. in performing machine and process capability studies, etc

Operator will be trained and assigned to the following operations and equipment:

100% Inspection: Using microscope, 100% Inspect finished product, remove all defects, straighten, and align cartridge and or cup product for shipment

Package cannula into cartridge and or bundle pack into box as required by specification

Maintain record keeping functions which include production, labor, waste, quality, material transfer and inventory logs

Must maintain a neat, clean, orderly work area

Perform other duties as requested by coordinator

Reports directly to shift coordinator and has no authority over others

Able to work effectively in a team, accurately, and with limited supervision

Executes additional duties as required by coordinator

Must be familiar with all specifications as outlined in Quality Control Specification and GMP manuals, which pertain to this operation

Must comply with department protective clothing, safety, and management policies

Must be familiar with specifications and documentation associated with operations of this position
